MR. NARAYAN LODHA

Narayan Lodha is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaires of India. He joined our Company as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from April 8, 2024. He is responsible for overseeing the expanse of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury management, risk assessment, and corporate finance at our Company. He was previously associated with Inox Wind Limited as chief financial officer, Ravindra Energy Limited as chief financial officer, Him Urja Private Limited as the finance head and chief financial officer, and Bhilwara Energy Limited as general manager and chief financial officer. He has 16 years of experience in fund raising private equity funding, strategic placement, debt and corporate finance.
