MR. K.K. MASKARA

Krishna Kumar Maskara is the Whole-time Director and President – Corporate of our Company. He holds a diploma and a post graduate diploma in management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Previously, he was associated with Vikram India Limited as a general manager – finance. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of finance and solar industry. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from January 1, 2009. He is responsible for fundraising, taxation, legal and corporate law related functions at our Company.
