MR. RAJENDRA KUMAR PARAKH

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Parakh is a Commerce graduate from Lucknow University and a revered Chartered Accountant who has claimed an all India Rank of 17th from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in the year 1990. He also holds a PG Diploma in Senior Management Program from IIM, Calcutta.
And with over 27 years’ of experience in cross-functional and entrepreneurial top management roles in audit and risk assurance functions in manufacturing, mining, engineering, iron & steel and polymer industry, he is well equipped to lead organizations towards success.
He has acquired an extensively rich experience in Financial Reporting & Structuring Strategic Planning, Long & Short Term Debt Financing Management Initiative, Credit Rating, Audit, Cost & Internal Controls, Acquisition, Strategic FOREX hedging, Corporate Governance & Risk Management, Procurement, Project Finance & Management Commercial & MIS, Export & Import Functions and time bound implementation of SOPs and ERP, through his career.
Prior to joining Vikram, Mr. Parakh was the Director-Finance & CFO in Balasore Alloys Ltd. and has handled various assignments with distinction. In his earlier stints, he has worked with MNCs like Gontermann-Peipers India Ltd and Kalpana Industries Limited.
With a rich and varied experience in Consultant, President and CFO roles across geographies and cultures, Mr Parakh adds to the leadership and business acumen at Vikram Solar as Chief Operating Officer.
