PROJECT USP
Taikisha Ltd. Japan, established in the year 1913, completed its 100th year in April 2013. It started with the work of air conditioning systems & later on ventured into automotive painting solution (in Japan). TEI has set-up its own manufacturing plants at Pune & Vadodara for sheet metal & special fabrications & has its own electrical automation control panel manufacturing plant at IMT Manesar.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
The project was done inside the Government premises of Diesel Locomotive Works and it was required that a firm timeline, stringent security measures & strict safety rules are followed Measures had to be taken for lifting the modules & other BOS materials from the ground to the rooftop with the help of machineries like hydra, chain pulley, etc
