A man with clear vision and social responsibility , Sri H K Chaudharyji has redefined corporate governance by effectively contributing funds into the social sector. He has contributed immensely to the cause of spreading education among under privileged sections of the society living in villages and semi urban areas thereby building ethical corporations in India. Sri H K Chaudharyji is associated with different trusts and educational institutions in different capacities. He is the founder trustee and secretary of Kalyan Bharati Trust under the aegis of which The Heritage School, The Heritage Institute of Technology (An Engineering College) and The Heritage Academy (For MBA/BBA/BCA etc.) is managed successfully. Besides he is also the founder trustee and Chairman of Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable Trust, Bahal, Haryana where he has established BRCM Public Schools namely Vidyagram, a fully residential and co-educational English medium school and Gyankunj, an English medium day school and a fully residential and coeducational Engineering College named BRCM College of Engineering and Technology.
Apart from this, he is also the Chairman of Agrasain Balika Siksha Sadan, a premier girls school in Liluah,Howrah, Joint Vice President of Sri Sri Academy, Alipore, Kolkata and founder trustee of Agrasain Seva Samity and Agrasain Education Trust.
Mr.Anil Chaudhary, Vice Chairman
An exemplary leader and visionary at Vikram Group, he also holds a 1st class Degree in BE (Electrical) from Bangalore University and MBA from Jadavpur University. He is presently managing the Group's textile division and power projects.
Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Managing Director
He is a dynamic leader and the key driving force of Vikram Solar. A Business Graduate from University of Wales, UK coupled with a Diploma in Marketing & International trade from the Harvard Business School and an executive program in marketing from the University of Boston, his experience and advanced vision provides a strong backbone for Vikram Solar.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Director
He is one of the chief architects behind the success of Vikram Solar. A Chartered Accountant with an experience of 18 years in all major sectors of business operation, his expertise and knowledge has given a new meaning and perspective of carrying our business to new heights.
Mr. Rainer Appold, CEO
Mr. Rainer Appold, is an established business man and has experience of around 20 years in business and marketing. He has various businesses in USA and has vast experience of sales & distribution with good administrative capabilities .He has been appointed as the CEO of Vikram Solar GmbH,Germany.
Mr Surajit Ghose, Technical Advisor
Mr Surajit Ghose, aged 66 years, is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. He has over 40 years experience in various industries. He is also a member of Technical sub-committee of Tea Research Association of India. Presently he is the Technical Advisor of the Group.
Mr. N.Surana, Advisor
Mr. N.Surana, aged about 52 years, is a B.COM, DCWA with extensive experience in Export Marketing for almost three decades. Presently he is the C.E.O of the Vikram Solar 's Parent Company - VIKRAM INDIA LIMITED.
A.C.Vora, Advisor
A.C.Vora , aged about 65 years, is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge in Equipment manufacturing and experience of more than 40 years in the field of Engineering. He is a member of Institutions of Engineers, India & Member of the American Welding Society.
K.K. Bagchi, Advisor
K.K. Bagchi, is a post graduate in Economics and post graduate in Management studies with specialization in HRD & Marketing from B.H.U. He is also attached to another Renewable Sector as Executive Director.
